Reports to: General Manager

Supervisor of: All employees on assigned shift.

Major duties and responsibilities:

1. Assists General Manager in interviewing, hiring, orienting and evaluating Team Members.
2. Trains Team Members in all aspects of restaurant operations. Responsible for the execution of the RighTrack training program.
3. Keeps restaurant clean using the sanitation program.
4. Keeps product quality and customer service as an ongoing priority. Resolves customer complaints as required.
5. Assists General Manager with preventive maintenance program.
6. Completes all administrative duties and assigned checklists on the shift.
7. Maintains good team morale through effective communication.
8. Maintains costs according to budgets.
9. Follows disciplinary practices according to company policy and labor laws.
10. Assures that the policies and procedures of Burger King Corporation and Wesfam Restaurants, Inc. are implemented.

Job Requirements

Education, training, experience:
2 Yrs. college (preferred) or 2 Yrs. supervisory experience
